【摘要】:ThisPASappliestothephasejittermeasurementofquartzcrystaloscillatorsandSAWoscillatorsusedforelectronicdevicesandgivesguidanceforphasejitterthatallowstheaccuratemeasurementofr.m.s.jitter.Inthemeasurementmethod,phasenoisemeasurementequipmentoraphasenoisemeasurementsystemisused.Themeasuringfrequencyrangeisfrom10MHzto700MHz.ThisPASappliestoquartzcrystaloscillatorsandSAWoscillatorsusedinelectronicdevicesandmodulesthathavethemultiplicationordivisionfunctionsbasedontheseoscillators.Thetypeofphasejitterappliedtotheseoscillatorsisther.m.s.jitter.Inthefollowingtext,theseoscillatorsandmoduleswillbereferredtoas“oscillator(s)”forsimplicity.
