Scope: This procurement specification covers tubular sealing rings, commonly named METAL O-RING GASKETS, made from a corrosion and heat resistant steel tubing of the type identified under the unified numbering system as UNS S32100. Primarily for sealing fluid systems, such as air, at temperatures where the operating conditions are too severe for conventional elastomeric O-ring seals.
