【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothedesignandconstructionofsprayingequipmentforbothmanualandautomaticapplicationofliquid,paste(semi-solid)andpowdercoatingmaterials.Themanualequipmentishand-heldandtheautomaticequipmentisoperatedbyauxiliarysignalsandmountedeitherrigidlyorontoautomateddevicessuchasrobotsorreciprocatingorrotarymachines.Thecoatingmaterialmaybeatomizedbyair,hydromechanically(airless)withorwithoutairassistance,ormechanicallybycentrifugalforce.Withatomizationbycentrifugalforce,theatomizedcoatingmaterialmaybeassistedtowardstheworkpiecebycontrolledairveils.Theatomizingandsprayingequipmentmayalsobeelectrostaticallysupported.Thisstandardspecificallyreferstohazardscreatedbyorresultingfromtheuseofatomizingandsprayingequipment,ifitisusedasdeterminedandinaccordancewiththeforeseeableconditionsofthemanufacturer(seeclause4).Atomizingandsprayingequipmentmaybelinkedwithsupplysystems,controlcircuits,sprayboothsand/orautomatedmachinery,noneofwhicharecoveredbythescopeofthisstandard.Thismayresultintheoverlappingofsomehazardsorrisks.Suchhazardsorrisksshouldbetakenintoconsiderationwhenspecifyingandinstallingatomizingandsprayingequipment.Furthertopicsforthisstandardareminimumuserinformation:—operationmanuals;—marking.Thisstandardexcludes:—flockingmachines;—equipmentrelatedtotheatomizingandsprayingoffoodstuffsandPharmaceuticals;—artistsairbrushes;—machineryforthesupplyand/orcirculationofcoatingmaterialsunderpressure;—automateddevicessuchasrobots,reciprocatingorrotarymachines.Thisstandardappliestoequipmentconstructedafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.
