【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthedimensionaltolerancesforsteelupsetforgingsmadeonhorizontalforgingmachines.ThesecondpartofthisEuropeanStandardappliestohotupsetforgings,inthedeliverycondition,madeincarbonandalloysteels.Thetolerancesspecifiedapplytoforgingsnotexceeding250kginmassor2500mmmaximumdimension.Tolerancesforheavierorlayerforgingsaresubjectedtonegotiation.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytosteeldropandpressforgings(seeEN10243-1).2ForforgingsproducedinhorizontalforgingmachinesforginggradeFtolerancesonlyareprovided.Thistolerancegradeprovidesanadequatestandardofaccuracyforthemajorityofapplicationsandiscapableofbeingcompliedwithbycommonlyusedforgingequipmentandproductionmethods.ThetablesshowingdimensionaltolerancesarebasedontheR20seriesofpreferrednumbers(seeISO3).AnnexAgivesforinformationsomeexamplesoftheapplicationofthesetolerancesfordifferenttypesofcloseddieforgings.3Anyoccasionalinstancesmaynecessitatetheuseoftoleranceswiderthanthoseindicated,e.g.speciallycomplicateddesignsandsteelshavingparticularlydifficultforgingcharacteristics.Insuchcasesthesestandardtolerancescanformonlyabasisonwhichtoagreemodificationsappropriatetotheparticularcircumstances.4ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotincluderangesofspecialtolerancescloserthangradeF.Considerationofspecialtolerances,whilstfrequentlyencountered,arehighlyindividual,andvarywidely.Theyarebestdealtwithbyconsultationatthedesignstageandshallbeagreedbetweenthepurchaserandthesupplier.Thisapproachwillensurethatoptimumuseismadeoftheforgingprocessinfulfillingthepurchaser'sspecialrequirementsatthelowestadditionalcost.

【摘要】:Whileactualbuildingfireexposureconditionsarenotduplicated,thistestmethodwillassistinindicatingthosematerialswhichdonotacttoaidcombustionoraddappreciableheattoanambientfire.Thistestmethoddoesnotapplytolaminatedorcoatedmaterials.ThistestmethodistechnicallyequivalenttoISO1182.1.1Thisfire-test-responsetestmethodcoversthedeterminationunderspecifiedlaboratoryconditionsofcombustioncharacteristicsofbuildingmaterials.1.2Limitationsofthisfire-testresponsetestmethodareshownbelow.1.2.1Thistestmethoddoesnotapplytolaminatedorcoatedmaterials.1.2.2Thistestmethodisnotsuitableorsatisfactoryformaterialsthatsoften,flow,melt,intumesceorotherwiseseparatefromthemeeasuringthermocouple.1.2.3Thistestmethoddoesnotprovideameasureofanintrinsicproperty.1.2.4Thistestmethoddoesnotprovideaquantitativemeasureofheatgenerationorcombustibility;itsimplyservesasatestmethodwithselected(endpoint)measuresofcombustibility.1.2.5Thistestmethoddoesnotmeasuretheself-heatingtendenciesofmaterials.1.2.6Inthistestmethodmaterialsarenotbeingtestedinthenatureandformusedinbuildingaplications.Thetestspecimenconsistsofasmall,specifiedvolumethatiseither(1)cutfromathicksheet;(2)assembledfrommultiplethicknessesofthinsheets;or(3)placedinacontainerifcomposedofgrarnularpowderorloosefibermaterials.1.2.7Resultsfromthistestmethodapplytothespecifictestapparatusandtestconditionsandarelikelytovarywhenchangesaremadetooneormoreofthefollowing:(1)thesize,shape,andarrangementofthespecimen;(2)thedistributionoforganicecontent;(3)theexposuretemperature;(4)theairsupply;(5)thelocationofthermocouples.1.3Thistestmethodreferencesnotesandfootnotesthatprovideexplanatoryinformation.Thesenotesandfootnotes,excludingthoseintablesandfigures,shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthistestmethod.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5ThistestmethodistechnicallyequivalenttoISO1182.1.6Thisstandardisusedtomeasureanddescribetheresponseofmaterials,products,orassembliestoheatandflameundercontrolledconditions,butdoesnotbyitselfincorporateallfactorsrequiredforfire-hazardorfire-riskassessmentofthematerials,products,orassembliesunderactualfireconditions.1.7FIretestingisinherentlyhazardous.Adequatesafeguardsforpersonnelandpropertyshallbeemployedinconductingthesetests.1.8Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
