【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardcoverstelescopicsticksandtelescopicmeasuringstickstobeusedforliveworkingona.c.ord.c.electricalinstallationsat1000Vandabovefora.c.and1500Vandaboveford.c.Thetelescopicsticksaredesignedtoacceptattachmentsthatmeetappropriateliveworkingstandardsand,togetherwiththeseattachments,maybeusedtoperformmechanicalworkonlivepartsatadistance.Telescopicsticksarealsodesignedtoacceptdiagnosticdevicesthatmeetappropriateliveworkingstandardsandareusedtomakethediagnosticdevicesreachpartsofaninstallationtobetested.Telescopicmeasuringsticks,ortele-scopicsticksequippedwithgraduations,areusedtomeasuredistancestoorbetweenliveparts.NOTEUndercertaincircumstances,thetelescopicstickscoveredbythisstandardcanbeusedforinstallingportableearthingorearthingandshort-circuitingequipmentifthemechanicalstressesduringusearelowerthantheratedvalues.Thetools(telescopicsticksandtelescopicmeasuringsticks)coveredbythisstandardareforuseunderdryconditionsbutcouldalsobeusedunderveryhumidconditions,usingappropriateworkingprocedures.Telescopichooksticksarenotcoveredbythisstandard.Telescopicbondingsticksandanyotherspecialitytelescopicsticksdesignedattherequestofusersarenotcoveredbythisstandard.
