【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestechnicalsafetyrequirementsandmeasurestobeadoptedbypersonsundertakingthedesignasdefinedin3.11ofEN292-1:1991,manufactureandsupplyofguillotineshearswhichareintendedtoworkcoldmetalormaterialpartlyofcoldmetalasdefinedin3.1.7andhereafterreferredasmachines.2Thisstandardalsocoversguillotineshearswhoseprimaryintendeduseistoworkcoldmetal,whicharetobeusedinthesamewaytoworkothersheetmaterials(e.g.cardboard,plastic,rubber,leather).3Therequirementsinthisstandardtakeaccountofintendeduse,asdefinedin3.12ofEN292-1:1991.Thisstandardpresumesaccesstotheguillotineshearfromalldirections,dealswiththehazardsdescribedinclause4,andspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsand/orprotectivemeasuresforboththeoperatorandotherexposedpersons.4Thisstandardalsoappliestoancillarydeviceswhichareanintegralpartoftheguillotineshear.Thisstandardalsoappliestomachineswhichareintegratedintoanautomaticproductionlinewherethehazardsandriskarisingarecomparabletothoseofmachinesworkingseparately.5Thisstandardincludesguillotineshearsinwhichenergyisimpartedtothebladebyanumberofmeans,e.g.:a)mechanicallydrivenfromamotorthroughafrictionclutch;b)throughadirectdrivemotorandbrake;c)throughhydraulicpressure;d)throughpneumaticpressure.6Thisstandarddoesnotcovermachineswhoseprincipaldesignedpurposeis:a)cuttinginotherthanastraightline(e.g.atnibblingmachines);b)cuttingbycontinuousactionatcrocodileshears(see3.4).7ThisstandarddoesnotcoverthesafetyrequirementsrelatedtotheuseofPESorPPS.Theywillbedealtwithatitsnextrevision.8ThisstandardisnotapplicabletomachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforestablishingthenoise-controlperformanceforafamily,type,grouporsub-groupofmachineryorequipmentonthebasisofnoise-emissiondata.Itis,inprinciple,applicabletoanykindofmachineryorequipmentforwhichanoisetestcodeexistsorcom-parablenoise-emissiondataareavailable.NOTE1ThegeneralproceduredescribedinthisInter-nationalStandardis,inprinciple,applicabletootherphysi-calagents(e.g.vibration).ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsandrequirementsforcomparisonofnoise-emissiondatasothattheycanbeusedforthedeterminationofnoise-controlperformance.Themethodspresentedallowevaluationofthenoiseemissionofindividualmachinesorofasingletypeofmachinewithinamachinegroup,i.e.allowacompari-sonoftheacousticalaspectsofmachineswithcom-parablenon-acousticaldataandfieldsofapplication.AnnexBgivesexamplesofhowtheevaluationofcollectednoise-emissiondataforamachinegroupcanbecarriedout.
