【摘要】:ThisstandardspecifiessafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureofintermediateproverswithmovingpocketcarriersasdescribedinClause3usedinthefoodindustry,pastry-making,bakeries,etc.forgivingarestingtimetodoughbetweendividingandmouldingprocesses.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttotheinstallation,adjustment,operation,cleaning,maintenance,dismantling,disablingandscrappingofintermediateproverswithmovingpocketcarrierswhentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Thesignificanthazardscoveredbythestandardaremechanical(shearing,trapping,cutting,lossofstability),electrical,ergonomicandalsothoseresultingfrominhalationofflourdustandlackofhygiene.Noiseisnotconsideredtobeasignificanthazardfromintermediateprovers.Thisdoesnotmeanthatthemanufacturerofthemachineisabsolvedfromreducingnoiseandmakinganoisedeclaration.ThereforeanoisetestcodeisproposedinAnnexB.deletedtextThefollowingmachinesareexcluded:-rackprovers;-experimentalandtestingmachinesunderdevelopmentbythemanufacturer.ThisstandardisnotapplicabletointermediateproverswithmovingpocketcarrierswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.

适用范围
本检定系统适用于γ射线治疗水平[空气比释动能率约为(0.01~10)Gy/min]、防护水平[空气比释动能率约为(1×10-6~1)Gy/h]及环境水平[空气比释动能率约为(1×10-8~1×10-4)Gy/h]空气比释动能计量器具的量值传递,包括γ射线空气比释动能基准计量器具通过标准计量器具向工作计量器具的量值传递程序、量值传递方法和量值传递时的最佳测量能力。在开展γ射线空气比释动能校准项目时,本检定系统可作为量值溯源的依据。
γ射线空气比释动能计量器具检定系统由基准计量器具、标准计量器具和工作计量器具组成。γ射线空气比释动能基准计量器具,通过标准计量器具向工作计量器具进行量值传递,保证我国空气比释动能量值准确和统一。
