【摘要】:ThispartofBS7346givesrecommendationsandguidanceonfunctionalandcalculationmethodsforsmokeandheatexhaustventilationsystemsforsteady-statedesignfires.Itisintendedforavarietyofbuildingtypesandapplications,includingsingle-storeybuildings,mezzaninefloors,warehouseswithpalletizedorrackedstorage,shoppingmalls,atriaandcomplexbuildings,carparks,placesofentertainmentandpublicassemblyanduncompartmentedspacewithinmulti-storeybuildings.ThisstandarddoesnotincludeanyfunctionalrecommendationsfordesignparameterswheretheprimarypurposeoftheSHEVSistoassistfire-fighting.NOTESuchfunctionalrecommendationsneedtobeagreedwiththefireserviceresponsibleforthebuildinginquestion.ThecalculationproceduressetoutintheannexesofthisdocumentcanbeusedtodesigntheSHEVStomeetwhateverrecommendationshavebeenagreed.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverthefollowing:—smokeclearance,wheresmokeisexhaustedfromabuildingafterthefirehasbeensuppressed;—cross-ventilation,wherewind-inducedorfan-inducedaircurrentssweepsmokethroughandoutofthebuilding,usuallyaspartoffire-fightingoperationalprocedures;—ventilationofstairwells,whichusuallyrepresentsaspecialapplicationofsmokeclearanceandwhichdoesnotnecessarilyprotectthecontinueduseofthestairwell;—fully-involvedfires.

【摘要】:ThispartofEN474dealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttowheelandcrawlerdumpersasdefinedinENISO6165:2006,includingcompactdumpers,andcompactdumperswithstandingoperatorwhentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).TherequirementsofthispartarecomplementarytocommonrequirementsformulatedinEN474-1:2006.ThispartdoesnotrepeattherequirementsfromEN474-1:2006,butaddsorreplacestherequirementsforapplicationfordumpers.Thispartspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsduringcommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofdumpers.PedestriancontrolleddumpersareexcludedfromthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletodumpers,manufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
